Motivation are classified into two types namely
1. External Motivation
2. Internal Motivation
Friends, family, peers, colleague and sometimes a stranger play the role of external motivation, but every time these people will not be there to motivate you, there are so many positive reasons that why these people can't be there every time.
On the other side, one and only you play the role of internal motivation, you can be every time and everywhere with you. And main thing internal motivation is permanent.
So people don't expect someone to be always with you to motivate you. No one can motivate you better than you.
