Morning Routine

1. Wake up early in the morning with your new version, leaving all your yesterday's failure or success or fight or sadness or happiness or problems or stress. Start your day with your new version and fresh mind.


2. As you wake up, do spend time with nature, do some breathing exercise, get some vitamin d and breathe the fresh air. Spending time with nature will give you a special energy which will not get anywhere.


3. Do meditation, in today's world, it's very difficult to handle situations, most of the people face depression and stress and are not able to handle their mind and lose patience. So it's very important to sit in a quiet place for a while to improve the patience power and develop how to handle the situation.


4. Workout is very important for humans, you can yoga or something else as your wish, this will improve one's body condition in various ways like better blood circulation, blood pressure level etc. And you should do it regularly.


5. Breakfast is what will give the energy for the whole day, so it's very important take breakfast that too healthy breakfast and as far I opinion one should have breakfast within 9am. Many skip breakfast which is not healthy side.


6. Last but not the least start your day with your checklist you have prepared before day night.
